1. Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a comprehensive review of your home, remodel, or addition. This gives us a clear understanding of your vision, so we provide you with a concise budget and realistic timeline.
2. Detailed Proposal
After our consultation, we’ll create a comprehensive proposal outlining the project scope, cost estimates, and timelines. Your proposal serves as our collective roadmap.
3. Design and Planning
Our architects (or yours) and engineers directly to help design and value engineer your custom home or renovation, refine design elements, and help finalize plans. Our team ensures that every detail aligns with your vision and meets all necessary county regulations and standards.
4. Construction
We move to construction once the plans are finalized. We assign a Vision team to your project that manages our experienced subcontractors specializing in demolition and framing to finishing touches.
5. Final Walkthrough
Together, we conduct a final walkthrough to address your remaining concerns and clean up any last-minute details to deliver a zero-punch list.
